David L. Legault – President<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

David L. Legault started LDG Consultants, Inc. in 1983 with the idea of providing a technical service to financial institutions during the workout and disposition of distressed properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David’s primary activities have been in consulting with lenders on the status of the development process, development permits, monitoring of environmental matters, and providing due diligence status reports to clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, David has managed income-producing properties during the REO disposition process for financial institutions. Another important element of services has been acting as Court Appointed Receiver<\/span> or Trustee <\/span>during foreclosure or other legal actions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to consulting, David was engaged in the site selection, real estate development, property management, and the marketing and sale of real property with sales exceeding two-billion dollars.                                                                                                           <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sara’s specialty is in receivables. Her 36 year career as a supervisor for GTE and Verizon concentrated in the handling of State of Florida internet, phone operating invoicing, billing, and collections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todd Legault – Senior Project Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Todd’s career expertise of 29 years is in managing construction projects involving renovation and remodeling of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
